As a valued customer of our firm, we wish to bring to your attention the introduction of Federal legislation known as Bill C-6, Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), which is applicable to our industry effective January 1, 2004. The focus of this Act is to protect the privacy rights of individuals concerning the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information.

In order to comply with the privacy legislation, we have developed this Privacy Policy, informing you of why and how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.

We want you to know that you do have choices in this matter. You could refuse to allow us to obtain, use or share your personal information or you could also withdraw a previously given consent at any time. By doing that, however, depending on the situation, you may be limiting or even preventing our ability to provide you with the product or service you desire.
