Tracking Your Claim

If you have submitted an insurance claim, here are three ways to check its progress:

  1. Send us an e-mail, remembering to give your insurance policy number and assigned claim number in your e-mail.

  2. Call your Account Manager at: 905 731 5177

  3. You can also contact the insurance company - we can refer you to the right person. Or we can contact the insurance company on your behalf.

Always have your insurance policy number and assigned claim number ready when checking on your claim.
